After evaluating various problems with my company, I realized that there had to be something I could do to change the culture of the workforce. We really struggled with people leaving before we had completely trained them, so we started thinking about ways to make a difference. We began sitting down with each of our employees and working through their challenges with them, and it was fun to see how much everything really worked out.
